Remote Jobs Platform
View Live ProjectOverview
I designed and developed a remote jobs platform inspired by industry leaders like Wellfound, Contra, and Remote.co. The platform helps people find remote opportunities while enabling employers to post and manage job listings. My focus was on creating a clean, modern, and intuitive interface tailored for usability and accessibility.
Problem
As remote work grows, job seekers struggle to find verified job postings, while employers need simple tools to manage applicants. Current solutions are fragmented and often lack user-friendly designs.
Goal
To design a centralized platform combining the best of existing sites, offering: • Job seekers: easy search, filter, apply • Employers: simple posting and applicant management • Both: consistent, responsive design
Process
1. Research & Analysis: reviewed platforms (Wellfound, Contra, Remote.co, FlexJobs), identified gaps, interviewed users. 2. Wireframing & Information Architecture: designed homepage, listings, detail flows, mapped user journeys. 3. High-Fidelity Design: consistent job cards, layouts, responsive components. 4. Development & Responsiveness: mobile-first design, flexbox/grid, multi-breakpoint testing.
